The City of Richmond is currently in the process of renewing the Minoru Park Vision Plan.

• Minoru Park is one of Richmond’s landmark parks—loved for sports, recreation, arts, culture, nature, and community gathering.

• Established in the 1950s, it has evolved into a vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike.

• A draft Vision Plan was created in 2019, but significant changes in and around the park mean it’s time for an update.

• The renewed Vision Plan will help guide the park’s future, so it will continue to meet community needs into the future.
